Her på TrAP ser vi med sorg på hendelsene i Midtøsten. Vi arbeider med kunst og ikke politikk, men ser at selv kaffetrakteren på kontoret vårt ville gjort en bedre jobb med å lede Gaza og Israel enn regjerende Hamas og Benjamin Netanyahu.

TrAP jobber med kunstnere med et mangfold av tilhørigheter, også med kunstnere som har tilknytning til Israel og til Palestina. Vi ser smerten som påføres når folk blir plassert i umulige dobbeltroller, både som ofre og overgripere.

Vi støtter alle konstruktive forslag om både snarlige og langsiktige løsninger på konflikten. Inntil det er på plass minner vi om viktigheten av å ta vare på hverandre, spesielt alle som på ulike vis er berørte av konflikten.

At TrAP, we are saddened by the ongoing events in the Middle East. We work with art, not politics, but to us it seems that even the coffee pot in our offices would do a better job of governing Gaza and Israel than the current leadership of Hamas and Benjamin Netanyahu.

TrAP collaborates with artists with a diverse array of backgrounds, some of whom have connections to Israel and to Palestine. We have witnessed the profound pain experienced when individuals are trapped in the dual roles of being both victims and aggressors.

Our commitment lies in supporting any constructive proposals aimed at both immediate and long-term solutions to the conflict in the Middle East. While these solutions are yet to be fully realized, we emphasize the importance of taking care of one another, particularly those who are affected by the ongoing conflict in various ways.
