Young Norwegians with a minority background are less likely to consider a career within the cultural sector. How can we tackle this issue, and increase diversity in arts education?

TrAP and Minareten hosted a panel conversation and workshop 17th of November, 16:00–19:00 at Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO). The seminar was in Norwegian. The workshop was for registered participants only, while the rest of the programme was open to all.
