Arrangørsamarbeid over grenser – langt utover Mangfoldsåret 2008!

A seminar about collaboration within arts and culture, in the light of the Norwegian year of diversity 2008. What can come out of collaborations across borders? How can we make the year of diversity a good opportunity for new collaborations? What is the role of public support programmes and funding?
